Refund policy

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your clothing item, we’re happy to offer a return or exchange within our policy guidelines.

Please read the following details carefully before initiating a return.


1. Return & Exchange Window

  • You may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Items must be in new, unworn condition with all original tags attached and in the original packaging.

2. Eligible Items

Most regular-priced clothing items are eligible for return or exchange. The following items are final sale and non-returnable:

  • Sale or discounted items (unless marked otherwise)
  • Underwear, swimwear, or lingerie (for hygiene reasons)
  • Personalized or custom-made garments

3. Return Process

To return an item:

  1. Contact us at service@maheur.com within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number and reason for return.
  3. We will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions.
  4. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method (we recommend insurance).

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).


4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for size or color (subject to availability). Please indicate your preferred size/color when contacting us. If the item is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.


5. Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets the return conditions, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Please allow 3–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will provide a prepaid return label and either replace the item or issue a full refund.

Please include photos of the issue when reporting.


7. International Returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs/duty fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
